Keren Natalia
Founder | Content Lead
Keren brings a powerful combination of scientific expertise and quality management leadership to her role. With a technical background in Biotechnology and Immunology and over a decade in quality management systems, she serves as both Content Lead and the founder/director of SmartQMS, our parent company. Under her guidance, numerous Australian startups have successfully implemented robust QMS frameworks and obtained critical ISO certifications and accreditations.
Shilpa Patil
Quality Consultant
Shilpa brings a practical and results-driven approach to Quality Management, supporting healthcare, life sciences, and research organisations in building and strengthening effective Quality Management Systems (QMS). With experience across both industry and research settings, she contributes to compliant, scalable systems aligned with international standards.
Abigail Teo
Course Developer
Abigail brings her expertise in quality auditing and operations spanning multiple industries. She excels at identifying the most effective teaching approaches for diverse audiences. Abigail works collaboratively with the team and, meticulously checks each element to ensure course content is both technically accurate and engaging.
Jamie Li
Creative/Course Developer
A scientist and a creative, Jamie specialises in transforming complex concepts into visually engaging resources. With a keen eye for design, she creates graphics that make technical information accessible and appealing. Jamie works collaboratively with the team to develop visual tools that enhance understanding of quality systems, turning abstract standards into concrete, practical resources that resonate with clients across all organisational levels.

Social Media and Marketing Intern
Hilary is currently completing a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours) at UNSW, majoring in Immunology. Passionate about science communication and gender equality in STEM, she enjoys creating engaging content that connects people with science. Known for her enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn, Hilary is committed to making a positive impact within the scientific community.
Khoi Nguyen
Junior Quality Officer
A communicator and problem-solver, Khoi bridges technical knowledge with clear, accessible resources. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Medical Science, he has led multiple student ambassador projects, where he represented his cohorts, gathered feedback, and transformed insights into practical tools that improved learning experiences. From designing anonymous feedback systems to creating tailored course resources, Khoi has developed a strong foundation in understanding user needs and translating them into solutions.
